Filter Friday at Allpress

Filter Friday returns this month to every Allpress roastery in the country.

On Friday August 9, head to your nearest Allpress flagship – in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Byron Bay – and grab a free espresso or filter coffee in celebration of the company’s single-origin brew of the month.

In August, it’s all about the PNG Kongo Elimbari Filter Roast, sourced from a select group of producers in the Simbu province in Papua New Guinea’s central highlands. Over two decades Kongo has grown to become the largest coffee mill in PNG, showcasing the best specialty coffee grown by smallholder farmers in locations often inaccessible by road.

The Kongo Elimbari Filter Roast is a crowd-pleaser, with notes of chocolate, red apple and blackcurrant.

Filter Friday takes place every month at Allpress locations along the east coast, showcasing the roastery’s rotating selection of single origins.
